Our life paths crossed and we are crazy about each other. We both share our private and professional lives in loves and sorrows. Together we founded our organization where we are active in psychotherapy, psychological testing, conflict counseling, mediation, mediation training and retreats.
Our mediation courses are recognized by the Federal Mediation Commission.

Wanneer mensen in hun leven op een kruispunt zijn, behoefte hebben aan verandering, tegen problemen blijven aanlopen en daardoor nood hebben aan het maken van bewuste beslissingen, initiëren van keuzes met positieve impact en ontwikkelen van een eigen levenswijze, … biedt WALSHA op de klant afgestemde trajecten in begeleiding van duurzame verandering.

Onze werkwijze is erop gericht, om dat te betekenen voor mensen wat hen een stukje dichter bij een gelukkig leven brengt. We werken hierbij integratief waarbij we exploreren wat voor deze specifieke mens het meest aan verandering en dus verbetering brengt. Hypnose is hierbij een mooie en bruikbare aanvulling.

With Natasha’s Surinamese and Walter’s Flemish roots, we are in a cross-cultural togetherness. We both experience the differences in our cultures as fascinating and inspiring and view the world with the most open mind possible.
As proud parents of 2+2 children each, we experience our lives as rich. In doing so, we experience firsthand the challenges of newly formed families. For us, it is important to be realistic and enrich our professional coaching from there.
We dream of sharing our lives together, making the world a little better and we hope to explore the world in a few years from now a little more ourselves.

Both of us engage our work “in the best interest of the child. When the courts follow our professional advice, we experience a gratitude because a child has been helped for a better future.

Below are our previous activities that we integrate into our Walsha approach.

People Interaction is a training institute in conflict management and mediation recognized by the Belgian Federal Mediation Commission. We offer training along with continuing education courses.

In our integrated track , both theintroduction module and the chosen specialism are integrated into one track.
After passing, you can apply for your recognition as a licensed mediator.

This integration has several advantages such as:

  • You have a direct focus on the specifics of your specialization
  • You have 2 instead of 3 exam moments
  • Your effectiveness as a mediator is enhanced

Important!
The effectiveness of a mediator is determined by:

  1. Knowledge (mediation, legal, sociological, psychological and communication)
  2. Self-knowledge and self-reflection
  3. Intensively mastering the required mediation skills
About us

Our vision states first and foremost that this is only possible in training by:

  1. For participants who want more than a diploma
  2. Intense guidance throughout the training program

During this training you will be taught in a
highly interactive way
included in the various knowledge domains. The structure is such that we build building block after building block the knowledge domain, such that you make it your own in an interactive way. You will learn to thoroughly interpret the knowledge domains in your own environment and apply them in mediation.


Self-knowledge and self-reflection
is an essential component of the quality mediator. It is the only way to make the best use of yourself and your acquired skills in the mediations you will supervise.
The required
mediation skills
can only be acquired through intensive practice through role-playing. You will experience the mediation conversation as an observer, party and, of course, as a mediator. This
highly individualized track
ensures that you master mediation skills by systematically advancing in steps through self-reflection, self-direction, feedback from your fellow students and the intensive guidance of the teachers.

This course is a very structured and coherent whole where you learn to combine and apply all the elements through integration.

OUR WAY OF WORKING

The quality of customized training depends on successful collaboration before, during and after training. WALSHA is committed to shape your learning journey through the following roadmap:

STEP 1: DISCOVERY & EXPLORATION
We start every collaboration by listening to you. Our goal is to understand your organization, your ambitions and your strategic challenges.

STEP 2: NEEDS ANALYSIS
Our experts conduct a more in-depth analysis of the exisiting needs and gain a solid knowledge of the development needs. At the end of this process, we document the training goals and core training themes in an agreement.

STEP 3: DESIGN
After this consultation, we develop the learning process, designate speakers, facilitators and experts who will deliver the training. We coordinate the content of the training and arrange all practical matters for a smooth delivery.

STEP 4: IMPLEMENTATION
Our facilitators are (international) experts who actively share their knowledge and experiences with our participants. Our intention is to actually touch, inspire and enthuse participants to change beacons. Our learning approches are adjusted to the objectives of the course. Delivery is managed by a training consultant who guides participants through the learning process.

STEP 5: EVALUATION & FOLLOW-UP
Each training is evaluated during and after implementation. We ask feedback from participants on all aspects of the training. This will allow us to determine whether the goals were met. After the training, we measure the real impact with the client.
