At Walsha, we will invite you to a motivational interview, where together we will discuss your reasons for participating in our matching process. During this interview, you will receive all the information you need about how the matching process works, including practical and substantive details.
After this interview, you are free to decide if you want to participate in the Walsha matching process. If you choose to proceed, we formalize this in a transparent agreement that clearly lays out what you can expect. At Walsha, we believe that good deals make good friends!
Als je ervoor kiest om door te gaan, beginnen we met een intakegesprek. Tijdens dit gestructureerde interview leren we jou en je persoonlijke wensen kennen. We noteren een scala aan praktische gegevens, wensen en voorkeuren om jouw unieke levenspartner te vinden.
Vervolgens voeren we een profielmeting uit, waarbij we wetenschappelijk onderbouwde persoonlijkheidsevaluaties combineren met vragenlijsten om een volledig beeld te krijgen van de eigenschappen en vaardigheden die belangrijk zijn voor een relatie. Deze informatie wordt samen met de intakegegevens opgeslagen in de Walsha-database, zodat we het matchingproces kunnen starten.
Na de profielmeting volgt een terugkoppelgesprek en voorbereiding op de datingfase. We bespreken de testresultaten met jou en zorgen ervoor dat je jezelf herkent in de resultaten. Op deze manier verkrijgen we een nauwkeurig beeld voor jouw perfecte match.
Dan begint het actieve deel van het Walsha-matchingproces. In een beperkte groep van zorgvuldig geselecteerde partners maak je kennis met elkaar, onder begeleiding van Walter en Natasha. We integreren expertise en persoonlijke voorkeuren om een eerste match te vinden.
Na de matchingfase volgt de eerste date, die wordt voorafgegaan door communicatieve basisbegrippen die in een kleine groep worden aangeleerd. Na deze eerste date volgt een evaluatie, gevolgd door een tweede date, waarbij opnieuw basisbegrippen in communicatie worden aangeleerd, specifiek voor het betreffende koppel.
Na deze tweede date volgt opnieuw een evaluatie, waarbij jullie individueel en samen worden gehoord. We bespreken de aangename en verrassende ervaringen die jullie hebben beleefd en kijken samen naar de volgende stap.
Als jullie besluiten om door te gaan met jullie relatie, biedt Walsha specifieke begeleiding aan, helemaal op maat van jullie unieke eigenschappen als koppel. We begeleiden jullie verder in jullie duurzame relatie, waarbij de behoeften van beide partners centraal staan.
