Effectiveness of learning is determined by:
23 years of experience as an auditor allowed me to sense people and discover what they really care about. Since 2012, mediation comes up very regularly in the search for good social dialogue between executives and managements as an executive representative in the field. I have continued to build on this quality as a neighborhood mediator. This is where I work with the parties involved to find how communication can be re-established. Helping people through mediation energizes me. Being able to convey this is a passion.
